About the service

What is IPTV?

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) delivers TV channels and on-demand video over your internet connection instead of satellite, cable or an aerial. You watch through an app on a Smart TV, streaming stick, phone, tablet or computer. Our guide What is IPTV and how does it work? explains it in more detail.

What does a BestIPTV4K subscription include?

Every plan includes live TV channels, an on-demand library of movies and series, and a programme guide for live channels. Streams are delivered in 4K where the source is available in 4K, and in Full HD or HD otherwise. Line-ups change over time, so if a specific channel matters to you, ask us before you subscribe.

Do I need a satellite dish or a special box?

No. You need an internet connection and a device that can run an IPTV player app — most people use a Smart TV, an Amazon Fire TV Stick, an Android device or an iPhone or iPad they already own.

How is IPTV different from cable or satellite TV?

Cable and satellite send TV through dedicated infrastructure to a set-top box. IPTV uses your existing internet connection, so there is no installation visit and you can watch on several kinds of device. The trade-off is that picture stability depends on your home network. We compare the two in IPTV vs traditional cable TV.

Is IPTV legal?

IPTV is a legitimate technology used by many broadcasters and telecom providers. Whether a particular service is lawful depends on the rights it holds for the content it distributes and on the laws where you live, so we recommend checking the rules that apply in your country.

Plans, pricing and trial

Which subscription plans are available?

You can choose a subscription of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months. Every plan includes the same channels, on-demand content and features — only the length changes. Compare the plans.

How much does an IPTV subscription cost?

Current prices for every plan, for 1 or 2 devices, are listed on our subscription page. Longer plans work out cheaper per month.

Can I try BestIPTV4K before I pay?

Yes. Request a trial on our free trial page. We confirm the trial length when we send your test login, so you can check picture quality and stability on your own device and internet connection before choosing a plan.

How quickly can I start watching?

Once your account is ready we send your login details and setup instructions. Installing a player app and entering your details usually takes a few minutes on most devices.

Devices and setup

Which devices can I use?

BestIPTV4K works through IPTV player apps on Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Android TV and Google TV), Amazon Firestick, Android phones, tablets and TV boxes, and iPhone and iPad. Computers and other devices that run an IPTV player can be used too.

Which IPTV player app should I use?

It depends on your device. Most players accept either an M3U playlist link or Xtream Codes login details, and your account details tell you which to use. Our setup guides for Firestick, Smart TV, Android and iPhone walk through the options.

Can I watch on more than one device?

Yes. Every plan is available for 1 device or 2 devices watching at the same time — pick the option on our plans page. You can install a player app on more devices, but only that number can stream at once. Need more screens? Ask us.

Do you help with setup?

Yes. We send setup instructions with your login details, and you can message us on WhatsApp if you get stuck. Tell us which device and app you are using so we can give precise steps.

4K and streaming quality

Is every channel in 4K?

No, and be wary of any provider that says otherwise. A stream can only be 4K if the original broadcast or file is 4K. Many live channels are produced in Full HD or HD, while selected sport, films and documentaries are available in 4K. Learn more in What is 4K IPTV?

What internet speed do I need for 4K IPTV?

Aim for a stable connection of at least 25 Mbps for each 4K stream. Full HD usually plays well from around 10 Mbps. Stability matters as much as headline speed, so use an Ethernet cable or 5 GHz Wi-Fi where possible and test your speed at the time of day you normally watch.

Do I need a 4K TV?

To see 4K detail you need a 4K screen and a 4K-capable player — for example a Fire TV Stick 4K or 4K Max rather than a standard Fire TV Stick, which outputs Full HD. On a Full HD screen the service still works, at Full HD quality.

Why does my stream buffer or freeze?

Buffering is most often caused by weak Wi-Fi, a busy home network, an overloaded or outdated device, or ISP traffic management at peak times. Our guide to IPTV buffering causes and fixes goes through each one with practical solutions.
